Full time Regular BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any AICTE recognized Institution/ University .

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification design experience, out of which atleast 3 Years’ experience should be in the detailed design of metro rail projects /major pre-stressed bridge projects. The candidates should be familiar with the relevant codes of practices like IRS, IRC, IS, Euro Codes etc. followed in India for Viaduct, Bridges, Stations, etc.
For Regular : Rs.90000-240000(IDA)- E6-Pay Scale
For Deputation : As per deputation terms & conditions of the parent organization.
For Re-employment: The candidate selected on re- employment shall be given a consolidated pay of Rs.1,46,000/- per month.
Tenure:
a) On Regular basis.

b) On Deputation basis for a period of three years extendable for two years, as per the Deputation
rules/policy.

Organization should be working in the equivalent scale or should have minimum two years’ experience in immediate lower grade/its equivalent scale. Subject to fulfilling the other requirements, Candidates from Private Sector Companies will be considered subject to their present CTC being at least Rs.1.60 lakh per month. For on Deputation/Re-employment :Candidates can be serving/Retired Officers of Railway/PSU’s in atleast in the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 (GP8700)-CDA Pattern or in the pay scale of Rs.90000-260000/- (IDA Pattern) or its equivalent or higher scales with the minimum job experience as mentioned above .

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in detailed Architectural design and planning for large multi modal transit hubs like Metro Stations/ Railway Stations/ Airports/ Large buildings or group of buildings of built up area of minimum 2 lakh Sqft. etc.

Experience Required:
Minimum 17 Years of experience in the area of marketing including formulation and implementation of Marketing strategy, Market planning, identification of alternate revenue, property development, client handling, space selling, Institutional marketing, PPP projects structuring, market research studies, marketing campaigns, promotional events and related works etc.
Candidates working in PSU/ Govt. Organization should be working in the equivalent scale or should have minimum two years’ experience in immediate lower grade/its equivalent scale.
