The alignment has been fixed so that land acquisition and demolitions are minimal.  The project affected persons (PAP) would be assisted in regaining their standard of living.  Land will be acquired under Fast Track Procedure.  Land acquisition and rehabilitation would be through a mechanism of District Level Purchase Committee (DLPC) involving the affected parties while fixing the land values.  An appropriate rehabilitation package on the above lines is being designed.
